Chicken Alfredo Pasta:
Ingredients:
- 8 oz (about 225g) fettuccine pasta
 - 1 lb (about 450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
 - 1 cup (240ml) chicken broth
 - 1 cup (about 100g) grated Parmesan cheese
 - Salt and black pepper to taste
 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
 
Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
 - Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
 - Drain and set aside.
 
 - Cook the Chicken:
- Season the chicken slices with salt, pepper, dried oregano, and dried basil.
 - In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
 - Add the seasoned chicken slices and cook until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

 - Combine and Serve:
- Add the cooked chicken slices back to the skillet, stirring to coat them in the Alfredo sauce.
 - Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine and coat the pasta in the sauce.
 - Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
 - Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
 
 - Serve Immediately:
